It is a rare occasion that I don't slather on some type of lotion, cream or body oil after a shower. So when I was approached to review Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion, I jumped at the chance! I have used many other types of lotions before. This one was very different from the first time I used it. Honestly, the first time I used it I thought how could something so light be hydrating and protective? It absorbed into my skin quickly and left my skin touchably soft. A couple weeks later, I realized that this was not only hydrating and protective but also a healing lotion. I have had an unusually dry, scaly patch of skin on my elbow. Most of the previous products I tried gave a little relief, but nothing else. I was very happy to realize the dry patch was totally gone! My twelve year old son likes it because it comforts his dry skin without leaving him smell like a baby or a girl. My twenty two year old daughter works long hours as a waitress and loves it for her feet. It works, makes a great lotion for the entire family and is colorant, paraben and fragrance free!
